All local authorities have a duty to take a homeless application and made a decision about what duties they owe that person and their household.
However, you may need help if you think the local authority is not meeting their duties.
This could be because they have failed to process your application, given you a negative decision in relation to your homelessness application or offered you unsuitable accommodation.
You may need assistance to request a review of the local authority’s decision or to make an application to the court for judicial review.
