Following the successful completion of her training contract with the firm, we are thrilled to announce that Katja Trela-Larsen has officially qualified as a solicitor at TV Edwards.

Katja joined TV Edwards in 2023 as a paralegal in the Family Finance team before commencing her training contract with the firm. During her training, she gained extensive experience across the firm’s Family and Dispute Resolution teams, contributing to a broad spectrum of legal matters.

Her work has included assisting on cases relating to divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlements following separation, private children matters, and applications for non-molestation and occupation orders. She also supported a variety of commercial and civil disputes, ranging from County Court matters to complex High Court claims, including injunctions, enforcement actions, property disputes, and cross-jurisdictional issues.

Ahead of her qualification, Katja returned to the Family department and will now continue her career as a newly qualified solicitor in the Family Finance team. Her expertise and dedication will be invaluable as the team continues to grow.

Sarah Inchley, Partner and Head of Family, and the firm’s Training Principal, commented:

“Congratulations to Katja on qualifying as a solicitor. Through hard work and determination, she has successfully completed her training and reached this important milestone.

We are delighted that Katja will be continuing her career with us in the Family team, specialising in divorce and family finance. She is a talented lawyer and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow and thrive in her practice.”

We congratulate Katja on her achievement and eagerly anticipate her ongoing contributions to the firm and our clients.
