Kirsty is a trainee solicitor in the children team and has wide ranging experience in all children law cases. She assists clients in private children law matters where there is a dispute about a child, public law cases where there are child protection concerns, international child abduction and domestic abuse cases.
Kirsty particularly enjoys helping clients at a time of crisis and clients commend her for her empathetic and diligent approach.
Kirsty studied Law at the University of Sussex and graduated with a 2.1 in 2020. She further studied at BPP Law School and studied the Legal Practice Course and LLM. Kirsty graduated in 2022 with a Distinction. She was a paralegal in the team before being offered a training contract with the firm.
Kirsty works closely with solicitors Sarah Inchley and Pernilla Finnila.
Charity and Fundraising
Prior to joining TV Edwards LLP in 2022, Kirsty volunteered in the Crisis Team at Citizens Advice Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford where she issued food and fuel vouchers to vulnerable people in need.
Kirsty also volunteered at Streetlaw where she drafted and presented workshops to local community groups providing valuable information about their legal rights.
