We are delighted to announce that Caroline Andrews has joined TV Edwards as Head of Family Finance.
Caroline brings a wealth of experience in family law, specialising in divorce, matrimonial finance and civil partnership dissolution. She joins the firm with an established reputation for advising clients on complex financial matters arising from relationship breakdowns, including high-net-worth cases involving business interests, pensions and substantial assets.
Expertise and Experience
Known for her strategic, practical and empathetic approach, Caroline supports individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging circumstances. While committed to resolving disputes outside of court wherever possible, she is also an experienced advocate with a strong track record of representing clients through court proceedings and final hearings when required.
Her practice spans a broad range of family law matters, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TLATA) claims, Schedule 1 Children Act applications, child maintenance tribunal proceedings, private children law matters, surrogacy arrangements and legal parenthood issues.
Caroline also advises on modern family structures and proactive planning to help clients protect their financial and family interests. Working closely with accountants, tax advisers and other professionals, she delivers practical solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Professional Recognition
Caroline is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Private Children and Cohabitation Law and a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panel for both Private Children and Matrimonial Finance matters. She also serves on Resolution’s National Standards Practice Panel.
Her expertise has been recognised by leading legal directories, where she has been named a Recommended Lawyer in a Tier 1 Essex family law practice for 2026, following recommendations in 2024 and 2025. Earlier in her career, she was recognised as a Rising Star at The City Law Awards.
