About Caroline
Caroline Andrews as Head of the Family Finance team undertakes private family law work in our family department and specialising in divorce and matrimonial finances (as well as civil partnership dissolutions).
Whether dealing with relationship breakdowns including significant net worth cases with complex business or pension arrangements, or looking at proactive family law advice around pre nuptial agreements to safeguard financial assets. Caroline provides strategies for you in an empathetic and practical way.
While non court dispute settlement is pursued, Caroline is experience in running cases to conclusion at Court, undertaking advocacy where possible, and leading to Final Hearings.
Caroline has a keen interest in family arrangements of all nature including cohabitation both at the start or in the event of a relationship breakdown, utilising Trust of Land Act claims and schedule 1 children act claims alongside the child maintenance tribunal matters.
She also advises on modern family law formation including surrogacy or legal parenthood matters as well as private children law matters.
Leading the team Caroline ensures they deliver complex technical advice in a clear cost efficient manner while working with key professionals such as accountants and tax experts to meet a client’s needs.
