About Jade

Jade is a Solicitor in the Licensing department at TV Edwards. Having qualified in 2026, she joined the firm shortly afterwards to specialise in alcohol, regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment law.

She advises a diverse range of commercial clients on complex licensing matters, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and local authority policies. Jade completed her legal training at a legal advice centre, where she developed experience across a broad range of practice areas. This has given her a versatile perspective in her casework, enabling her to approach matters with empathy while maintaining a strong commercial focus to protect her clients’ business interests.

Jade has successfully negotiated with Responsible Authorities to secure a premises licence with favourable conditions for a new restaurant, enabling the business to launch without operational delays. She has also facilitated the seamless transfer of a premises licence for a restaurant and lounge, carefully managing all regulatory requirements to ensure continuity of trade. In addition, Jade has advised a group of clients on a complex licence review application, providing strategic guidance on a group action to protect both local community and business interests.

Jade graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick and subsequently completed both her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course at the University of West London.
