We are delighted to announce that Sarah Inchley is now a Partner in the family department. Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects on children law with a particular expertise in international children law matters.

With a background in education law, Sarah is regularly instructed by clients in family law cases where a child at the centre of the dispute has special educational needs or a disability. She is uniquely placed to help clients in these circumstances, combining her specialist knowledge of both education and children law fields. Sarah provides practical and legal solutions that help people navigate the complexities of family life.
