We are delighted to announce that Claire Longland has been successful in her application for the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation, which  covers all types of children law work.

Accredited members have to show, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of children law and the representation of children.

This Accreditation provides a recognised quality standard for lawyers representing children in children law proceedings and is a means of identification for professionals, such as children’s guardians, to identify suitably qualified lawyers to represent children.

Claire trained at TV Edwards and we are delighted to see her skills progress and develop year on year and for her expertise to be recognised by the Law Society.

Claire joins a number of Law Society and Resolution Accredited specialists within the family department.
