The success marks a super start to spring for the firm as last month it also saw further recognition at the London Chamber of Commerce SME Business Awards – picking up Gold for Service Excellence and Silver for London Apprentice Employer of the Year.
Now in its sixth year, The British Conveyancing Awards recognises the changing face of the legal industry, celebrating standout achievements in the residential and commercial conveyancing sector, recognising excellence, and championing innovation.
TV Edwards’ Residential Property team stood out for its innovative approach to property sales including the launch of a new Verify365 solution, which streamlines ID and source-of-funds checks, while strengthening compliance and making client onboarding quicker, and simpler.
By taking a digital first approach to its work, it has also significantly helped the firm reduce paper use while it has also eliminated plastic in its offices by switching to sustainable alternatives.
The firm also won merit for its strong team culture, investment in training and employee wellbeing, alongside its clear focus on technology, cyber security, and community and environmental engagement.
Initiatives launched include investing in its people through funded professional qualifications, and clear progression opportunities, to supporting the next generation of legal talent through solicitor apprenticeships and work experience placements.
The firm also maintains a strong focus on community engagement, raising more than £6,400 for its charity partners over the last 12 months through challenges, including sponsored zipwire events, marathon races and hands on volunteering.
