She is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and an experienced property lawyer committed to delivering expert legal advice with the highest standards of client care. She has over 10 years’ experience working with individuals, families and businesses providing property and conveyancing services.

She has extensive experience in areas such as sales and purchases, refinance transactions, auctions, developments and new build properties, legal charges, leases, lease extensions and shared ownership properties. She is also able to provide advice on ancillary services such as declarations of trust, deeds of covenant and some commercial property matters.

She has acted for a wide range of clients, including first time buyers, high-net-worth individuals and companies.

Juanita deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including selling and purchasing freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and development work, auctions, equity release, shared ownership and bridging finance. Juanita also advises on other associated property matters including but not limited to declarations of trust and adverse possession claims as well as some commercial property matters.
