About Juanita

Juanita studied Philosophy at Heythrop College, University of London, and graduated in 2011 with a first class honours degree. She studied Property Law at the Council of Licensed Conveyancers and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016 while working at Emin Read Solicitors, a boutique property law firm.

Juanita joined TV Edwards in 2019 with 9 years of experience in conveyancing behind her. Over the years, she has acted for a number of high net worth individuals and companies and now specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and refinances, new build properties, right to buy, shared ownership, help to buy, lease extensions, transfers of equity and deeds of trust.
