TV Edwards is proud to sponsor the East London Property Expo, taking place on 21 March at the City Gates Conference Centre in Ilford.
Organised by Redbridge Chamber of Commerce, a membership organisation supporting businesses across the borough, the Expo brings together property professionals, investors and industry experts for a day of networking, discussion and knowledge sharing.
Now in its sixth year, the event is expected to attract more than 600 property investors, developers, landlords, brokers and industry professionals from across London and beyond. Attendees will have access to a programme of free expert-led seminars, masterclasses and practical workshops, along with opportunities to network and hear insights from leaders in property investment, development, finance, mortgages, legal strategy and market trends.
Representing TV Edwards at the event will be Property Head and Partner Juanita Francis, along with members of her team. Juanita will take part in a panel discussion addressing key property-related issues and will also lead a practical workshop titled “Avoiding Legal Landmines in Property Deals.” The session will highlight common legal pitfalls in property transactions and offer guidance on how investors and professionals can navigate them successfully.
Running alongside the Property Expo on the same day is the Annual East London Business Expo, an event bringing together business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors and side-hustlers from across London and beyond. TV Edwards will be exhibiting on the main ground floor, where the team will be available to discuss property-related legal matters and share insights into the firm’s expertise in the sector.
