We are delighted to announce the latest senior promotion of Juanita Francis to partner of our Property and Probate team which reinforces our commitment to develop talent within the firm and invest in our people. This follows the recent promotions of Sarah Inchley and Paul Read to partners in the Family team.

Juanita is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and an experienced property lawyer with over 10 years’ experience working with individuals, families and businesses. She provides a full range of conveyancing and property services tailored to the specific needs of each client and is also able to provide advice on ancillary services.

Juanita joined TV Edwards in 2019 and became Head of Property and Probate in 2022. During this time, she has demonstrated an impressive commitment to our values and has delivered excellent results for her clients. Her hugely positive attitude has helped her build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Clients frequently praise her proactive approach, exceptional communication skills and her willingness to go above and beyond. One client commented that working with Juanita “has been the most professional, smooth and excellent experience”.
