Mandeep Bhachu

Mandeep qualified as a solicitor in September 2018 and joined the Divorce and Finance Team at TV Edwards in July 2025.

Mandeep specialises in all aspects of private family law, particularly cases with an international element. She has experience in a wide range of matters including divorce, separation, complex financial litigation involving assets in different jurisdictions, children matters and pre-nuptial agreements. She has experience in dealing with high net worth/ultra-high net worth cases.

Mandeep is a committed member of resolution and approaches matters in a constructive and non-confrontational way. As a result, she is keen to settle matters outside of court, whenever possible. If any clients do end up in court proceedings, she is there to guide you every step of the way. Mandeep has a wide network of contacts including Kings Counsel, barristers, mediators and experts.

She has represented clients on domestic violence matters successfully obtaining Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders and represented clients at private law children hearings.
