TV Edwards has once again been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, marking the third year in a row the firm has featured on the prestigious list. The achievement reflects its continued commitment to employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The annual list, compiled in partnership with workplace engagement specialists WorkL, highlights more than 500 of the UK’s leading employers. It recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding employee experience and inclusive working practices, with a focus on supporting women, LGBTQIA+ staff, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, and people at all stages of their careers. Rankings are based on WorkL’s independent engagement survey, which assesses key areas including wellbeing, job satisfaction, empowerment, recognition, communication, and workplace pride.

TV Edwards’ continued inclusion reflects its sustained investment in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where people are encouraged to develop and succeed. The firm places strong emphasis on training, career development, flexible working, and wellbeing initiatives designed to benefit both employees and clients.

A culture of open communication, clear career progression, and professional development remains central to the firm’s approach. With structured pathways from paralegal to partner level, TV Edwards is committed to helping employees build long-term careers within the business. The firm also prioritises work-life balance and mental health support, maintaining a workplace culture that does not promote excessive working hours.

Our people are the heart of our success, and we care deeply about our clients, staff and values,” said Julian Overton, Managing Partner at TV Edwards. “Our continued commitment to these principles ensures we remain not only a leading law firm, but also an excellent place to work. I am extremely proud that we have received this recognition for the third year running.”

The firm’s people-first approach was also reflected in its recent Lexcel assessment by a Law Society-accredited assessor, which highlighted exceptionally high staff morale, a strong client-focused ethos, a clear growth strategy, and agile working practices as key strengths. This supportive culture has contributed to strong employee retention and consistently high engagement.

Alongside its focus on wellbeing and development, TV Edwards continues to invest in initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement. These include pro bono work, sponsorships, volunteering programmes, and fundraising activities in support of a local children’s charity.

The firm’s commitment to investing in its people also underpins its reputation for client service, with consistently strong feedback and five-star reviews. Recent recognition includes being named a Gold Winner in the London Chamber of Commerce (LCCI) and Industry SME Business Awards 2026 for Service Excellence and being shortlisted for Best Customer Service at the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce Awards 2026.

TV Edwards has also recently been awarded Silver in the LCCI  Apprentice Employer of the Year awards category, recognising the strength of its apprenticeship programme and its commitment to developing the next generation of legal talent in London.

To further support its teams, the firm continues to invest in initiatives that enhance efficiency and client service, including business development and marketing support, an AI innovation group, the use of technology to streamline processes, and an improved complaints handling service.
