The new office remains conveniently located near Clapham Junction Station, ensuring easy access for clients and staff alike. The building is owned and managed by the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS), an organisation recognised for its commitment to sustainability and progressive business practices.

Commitment to Sustainability and Green Initiatives

TV Edwards is proud to join a business community that prioritises sustainability and environmental responsibility. PCS has actively participated in the Making Business Greener scheme, an initiative by Wandsworth Council aimed at helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainable growth.

The building’s existing green initiatives include rooftop solar panels, which have generated 64,866.8 kWh of free energy and saved 31.88 tonnes of CO₂—equivalent to planting 1,465 trees. Further energy-efficient measures, such as the installation of air conditioning and heating systems, EV charging stations, and a thriving rooftop beehive, contribute to the environmentally friendly ethos of the space. Upcoming projects include rainwater harvesting and additional solar panel installations.

TV Edwards’ office hours remain unchanged, operating Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Clients with appointments will be welcomed by a staff member upon check-in at reception on the third floor.
