Family Partners Alison Leivesley (current Head of Department) and Maud Davis will be leaving TV Edwards in October 2019. The remaining Family department partners Emma Baillie and Hannah Perry will succeed Alison as joint Heads of the Family Department.

Managing Partner, Julian Overton, said, “Throughout their time at the firm, both Alison and Maud have shown extraordinary dedication to TV Edwards and we are extremely grateful to them. Their legacy is a Family Department of which we are extremely proud and that will continue to go from strength to strength.

“Hannah and Emma carry a wealth of experience in their respective child law and family finance specialisms and together they are a strong team. This will be an exciting new chapter for the Department and I know we all wish them well. Many congratulations to them both.”

Hannah Perry said, “I wish to thank Alison and Maud greatly for all their support and guidance in my seven years at TV Edwards. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the way Alison has led the Department, leaving very big shoes to fill! However, I am confident that Emma and I can rise to the challenge supported by our fantastic colleagues. I wish Alison and Maud every success for the future.”

Emma Baillie said, “From October Hannah and I will be making the most of this fantastic opportunity to continue the ambitious expansion of the Family Department. We are relishing the task at hand and thank everyone for their good wishes.”
