This well-deserved promotion recognises Sian’s ongoing contribution to the esteemed Family Law team and her growing expertise in children law.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, Sian has developed a strong practice, acting in cases involving domestic abuse, parental alienation and serious allegations of harm, as well as matters with an international element.
She regularly represents clients in court and has undertaken advocacy in the High Court. She also advises parents during the Public Law Outline (PLO) process, working to resolve issues at an early stage where possible, and supports prospective special guardians in securing stable, long-term arrangements for children.
Known for her client-focused approach, Sian is particularly skilled in supporting vulnerable individuals, including those with learning disabilities and mental health needs, through complex and sensitive proceedings.
Her promotion comes at a time of continued recognition for the Family Law team, an award-winning team recently named Children’s Law Team of the Year at the LexisNexis UK Family Law Awards.
Partner and Head of Family Law, Sarah Inchley, said:
“Congratulations to Sian on her promotion to Associate Solicitor. She consistently performs beyond her level of post-qualification experience and is a highly valued member of the team. She makes a significant contribution to training and knowledge sharing and is known for the strong results she secures for her clients.”
The firm looks forward to seeing Sian’s continued success and ongoing contribution to the Family Law team.
