Silver Award for London Apprentice Employer of the Year
We are equally proud to have received Silver for London Apprentice Employer of the Year, recognising the strength of our apprenticeship programme and our commitment to shaping the future of legal talent in London.
Our Solicitor Apprentices combine academic study with hands-on legal experience, gaining practical skills while working towards their SQE exams through the Level 7 Graduate Apprenticeship with the University of Law. Solicitor Apprentices Sophie Banks and Wenge Tambwe from our Property Department attended the awards ceremony to represent the programme.
Through structured supervision, mentorship, and early responsibility, we ensure our apprentices develop both professionally and personally, reaching the standard expected of day-one solicitors. By nurturing home-grown talent, we sustain high standards, encourage fresh thinking, and foster a collaborative culture of shared learning.
