About Afra
Afra assists Shaun Livingston with his Court of Protection, Community Care and Public Law work.
After joining TV Edwards as a paralegal in September 2025, Afra supported Emily Black, Amanda Ford and Jamie Callaghan with their Housing, Court of Protection and Community Care work. During her time with Emily, Amanda and Jamie, Afra advised and assisted clients in relation to threats of eviction, poor housing conditions and homeless applications.
Afra graduated with a 2:1 in law in 2023 and passed SQE 1 in the first quintile in January 2025.
After graduating, Afra worked as a Crown Court Clerk and became interested in social welfare law while volunteering alongside this work. She volunteered as a caseworker with the Helen Bamber Foundation in the Housing and Welfare team, and volunteered with South Westminster Legal Advice Centre where she supported lawyers in providing free legal advice on various matters.
