I had an initial meeting with a [trainee] solicitor and a partner to advise on process and financial in relation to a divorce. Fees were clearly explained and transparent. My solicitor kept in regular contact with me by phone and email and followed up conversations with emails to explain everything thoroughly in writing. This was a difficult process for me and my solicitor was professional but also empathetic. I would definitely use them again if I needed legal advice. – Lucy, 8 September 2024
