About Daniel
Dan is a paralegal in the Social Welfare department. He is currently supporting Katie Brown, Amanda Ford and Kyra Hassan with their Housing work. Dan has worked at TV Edwards since October 2023. During his time at the firm, he has also worked on Court of Protection and Community Care cases with Jenny Mansell and Maya Jordan-Shah. Dan has experience of advising and assisting clients in a range of social welfare matters including threatened eviction proceedings, challenges to Care Act 2014 assessments, and Court of Protection welfare matters.
Before joining the firm, Dan volunteered at North Bristol Advice Centre, assisting clients to appeal decisions made by the DWP regarding their entitlement to Personal Independence Payment.
Dan studied history at the University of Bristol and graduated in 2021 with first class honours. In 2023 he undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law, graduating with distinction.
