Abigail joined TV Edwards’ Dispute Resolution Department in June 2024, having qualified as a solicitor in 2017. She has developed an extensive practice in commercial litigation, acting for a wide variety of clients including individual, corporate and international. Most notably, Abigail has acted for a foreign governmental department as well as a European region.
Abigail has particular expertise in contractual disputes, professional negligence and property disputes, as well as having a wealth of experience in cross-jurisdictional matters, particularly the enforcement of foreign judgments within England and Wales.
She is an avid negotiator and prides herself in providing honest and pragmatic advice to her clients from the outset of her instruction. Her hard-working approach is driven by her commitment to championing the rights of her clients and obtaining their most favourable resolution.
Abigail acts in a wide variety of matters from small scale residential possession claims up to multi-jurisdictional and complex business litigation.

- Successfully acting for a commercial estate agent company in a 6-day trial against a former partner, including obtaining an order for indemnity costs
- Acting for the tourism arm of a foreign government, and subsequently obtaining a favourable settlement
- Acting for, and advising, an autonomous region of a European state in proceedings in England & Wales
- Acting for a biomedical engineering company in a £7m breach of contract claim against an American worldwide manufacturing company, including successful mediation
- Acting for the founder and main shareholder of a company in an employment and share valuation dispute
- Advising an agency worker for a world leading missile systems company, and voluntary disclosures surrounding the same.
