We are delighted to welcome Mandeep Bhachu and Fauzia Mumani to our growing Family Law team. Both join us as experienced solicitors, bringing complementary expertise and a shared commitment to supporting families through complex legal matters.

Mandeep Bhachu

Mandeep qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined the Divorce and Finance Team at TV Edwards in July 2025. She specialises in private family law, with particular expertise in international cases, complex financial disputes, high-net-worth matters, and pre-nuptial agreements. She also handles children matters in private law.

A committed member of Resolution, Mandeep focuses on resolving disputes constructively and outside of court wherever possible. When court proceedings are necessary, she provides clear guidance and works closely with King’s Counsel, barristers, mediators, and experts to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. She also has experience securing Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders in domestic abuse cases.

Fauzia Mumani

Fauzia is a Children Law Accredited solicitor with extensive experience in public law and care proceedings. She represents parents and children with additional and complex needs, including autism, ADHD, gender dysphoria, and mental health issues, as well as vulnerable clients facing learning difficulties, disabilities, addiction, or domestic abuse.

Regularly instructed in cases involving allegations of neglect, non-accidental injury, and safeguarding concerns, Fauzia provides continuity of representation and strong advocacy for her clients throughout proceedings. Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families, she also contributes to the community as a Brownie Leader and Inclusion Advisor with Girlguiding UK and leads the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
