Adam represented a client who had been arrested on suspicion of committing a grievous bodily harm (GBH) offence.  He allegedly pushed another person onto  a train track resulting in them sustaining a broken back.  The client instructed Adam that he had acted in self defence.  Adam interviewed two defence witnesses, obtained and prepared witness statement sand served them on the police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).  The CPS decided that no further action should be taken.  If you are accused of a crime, contact TV Edwards without delay.
