Omer Kahraman joined TV Edwards Property Team on 17 April 2023. Qualified as a solicitor in 2007 he deals with Commercial and Residential Conveyancing with greater focus and emphasis on the former. He has acted for broad range of clients varying form corporate institutions, banks, SMEs to high net worth individuals.

He has wealth of experience in dealing with the sale and purchases of businesses as going concerns, handling assignment of leases, grant of new leases, sale/purchase of commercial leasehold/freehold properties connected to or independent of such transactions.

He provides extensive advice to Landlords and Tenants on variety of issues relating to statutory lease extensions, underleases, license to assigns, licence for alterations, deed of variations, authorised guarantee agreements, rent reviews and carries out transactional work in respect of the same.
