About Edie
Edie joined TV Edwards as a paralegal in September 2023 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2026, after successfully completing her training contract. Edie now represents clients in Court of Protection, Community Care and Housing cases.
During her training contract in the Social Welfare department, Edie supported Monica Kreel, Jennifer Mansell, Shaun Livingston, Aneela Samrai, Katie Brown and Caroline Bird with a variety of Court of Protection, Community Care, Housing, and Public Law cases.
Edie’s Court of Protection work includes section 21A Mental Capacity Act challenges and section 16 Mental Capacity Act proceedings.
Having volunteered at an employment pro bono clinic and an immigration legal advice clinic during university, Edie went on to qualify as a Debt Adviser at a London Law Centre before joining TV Edwards.
