Amanda Mhlanga

Amanda Mhlanga is a trainee solicitor in the family team assisting them on cases relating to child abduction, care proceedings, child arrangement proceedings, PLOs and non molestation orders. She also assists Anest Mathias with her modern family work and is currently working on a declaration of parentage case and has been involved in a child arrangements case with a jurisdiction element.

Amanda joined TV Edwards LLP in 2021 as a paralegal.  

Her first legal role was with an immigration firm where she assisted with the preparation of visa, settlement and entry clearance applications. She was exposed to elements of family law assisting in divorce, annulment applications and child contact orders, when working there. Amanda also has some experience in personal injury and civil litigation matters.
