Atul joins us as an experienced solicitor with over 25 years of expertise in dispute resolution. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1999, he has built a distinguished career managing a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial litigation, banking and financial litigation, professional negligence, construction and engineering disputes, property litigation, employment law, and alternative dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.

A Wealth of Experience Across Sectors

Throughout his career, Atul has represented a diverse portfolio of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and international clients. His work includes acting for major financial institutions such as Barclays Bank, RBS, NatWest, and the Bank of Ireland in cases involving professional negligence, breach of trust, civil fraud, and mis-selling disputes.

Atul also has a proven track record in managing high-value, cross-border cases. His notable experience includes disputes involving international shipping, manufacturing, and the food and beverage industries, with several of his cases being reported in the High Court.

His strong analytical skills and pragmatic mindset allow him to resolve complex disputes swiftly and effectively.
