TV Edwards is delighted to announce that Rashid Bah has joined its Property Department  as a Licensed Conveyancer.

With a strong foundation in residential property law, Rashid’s expertise spans a variety of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and equity loan redemptions. Known for his clear and concise communication style, he is dedicated to  making complex legal processes more accessible and less stressful for  clients.

Rashid’s journey in law began after he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Northampton in 2019. He quickly established himself as a  Paralegal before progressing to become a Licensed Conveyancer in 2025. This progression reflects his commitment to delivering expert advice and ensuring a smooth and smooth experience for clients navigating property transactions.

Prior to joining TV Edwards, Rashid gained experience  in high-volume, client-focused roles where he honed his skills in delivering practical and tailored solutions. His approach is defined by a commitment to client care, with an emphasis on providing clear, actionable guidance throughout each stage of the process.
