TV Edwards has once again been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, marking the second consecutive year the firm has earned a spot on the prestigious list.
The annual survey, compiled in partnership with workplace engagement experts WorkL, celebrates over 500 top employers across the UK. It highlights organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to employee wellbeing and engagement, with specific recognition for inclusive practices supporting women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, disabled workers, ethnic minorities, and employees across all age groups. The rankings are based on WorkL’s data-driven engagement survey, which features 26 scientifically developed questions evaluating performance across six key areas: rewards and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
TV Edwards’ inclusion reflects the firm’s ongoing dedication to fostering a supportive and empowering workplace culture. With a strong focus on supervision, training, and professional development, the firm maintains high levels of client satisfaction, driven by a motivated and well-supported team.
“Our people are the heart of our success,” said Julian Overton, Managing Partner at TV Edwards. “We’re proud to be recognised for the second year in a row. This achievement highlights the strength of our culture and the steps we’re taking to support our staff both professionally and personally.”
The firm’s commitment to employee wellbeing was recently praised during a Lexcel assessment conducted by a Law Society-accredited assessor. The report highlighted TV Edwards’ flexible working policies, transparent career pathways, and robust internal communications. It also noted exceptionally high staff morale and strong employee retention – attributes credited to the firm’s client-focused approach and inclusive working environment.
TV Edwards continues to prioritise work-life balance, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. As the firm looks ahead, it remains focused on building an even stronger, more inclusive culture that supports staff at every level.
