“I have taken advice from two senior solicitors in the past concerning family matters and Gemma has proven herself to be miles ahead in terms of professionalism, work ethic and also basic human nature. It’s clear she is passionate about her chosen specialism and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for myself and my children. Gemma has displayed extensive knowledge of Local Authority Care Proceedings. Her advice has been clear, direct and well considered. She ensured that I fully understood every aspect of the proceedings and maintained consistent, honest and responsive communication with me. All of my emails and calls were responded to much quicker than I had expected! She made me feel reassured whilst at the same time managing my expectations and articulating perfectly all of the possible positive and negative outcomes of our proceedings. She ensured that I was never made to feel confused or overwhelmed by legal mumbo-jumbo”.
