We are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years’ PQE to join our well-established Legal 500 housing team and help us develop our landlord and leaseholder advice services.

You will be experienced in all aspects of housing law (including possession proceedings and claims for poor housing conditions) and be willing to act for both occupiers (tenants and leaseholders) and landlords. Knowledge of leasehold work would be an advantage. You will need to share our passion for access to justice, have good knowledge of the legal aid scheme and experience of private client work. You will have a desire to grow as a lawyer and enhance the department. Marketing and networking skills are essential to continue to develop the team.

You will be working with colleagues specialising in housing law and will receive direct referrals from our conveyancing and family colleagues. Our reputation for good quality advice and representation has been recognised by Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. You will be given the opportunity to fully develop our landlord advice services as this section of the business continues to grow.

Salary: £30,000-40,000, dependent on experience

Working Hours
