Job Summary & Purpose
To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department and other Partner and senior personnel in the department, as required. The job is for three days per week in the office. Days to be agreed at interview.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Diary management – internal and client facing
- Arranging meetings for Sarah/Paul
- Booking courses/seminars
- Recording file reviews
- Chasing missing file reviews
- Recording supervision meetings
- Chasing missing supervision meetings
- Liaising with the team re courses/seminars
- Calendar management of team
- Data/reports from TFB
- Support staff co-ordination
- Planning for movement of staff
- Other duties may be required from time to time

A secretary / PA is regarded as a particularly trusted employee and will be expected to maintain full confidentiality on all matters, including matters of internal sensitivity.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Necessary knowledge, skills, experience and attributes to fulfil the main duties and responsibilities as outlined above
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Prior experience in a law firm
