We currently have an opening within our Property and Probate Department for an experienced Private Client Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm’s expanding team of specialist lawyers with excellent potential for further career development. The successful candidate will be running a varied caseload which it is anticipated would include complex tax and trust matters in addition to Wills, Probate and Court of Protection matters.
Knowledge and experience of the law relating to tax, trusts, deputyships, probate, Wills and an interest and experience in business development is essential.
As a Private Client Solicitor you will be highly motivated and driven to push your career forward. The ability and desire to raise the firm’s profile and recognise business opportunities is essential. You will also need to possess good organisation and administrative qualities together with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
